Exhaling

Time for an adoption update. I have put off writing this because I wanted to wait until we were 100% sure. However, the phones are down in Liberia and the confirmation we are waiting for does not seem to be coming anytime soon.

Our file is in Liberia. The mother had a previsa interview on 2-14-08. We are waiting to hear how that went. Despite initial problems with the mother coming to the interview, the director was hopeful that things went well. So hopeful she has made reservation for them to come home March 17th. The fact that she is optimistic improves our outlook tremendously. If things did go well at the interview they will definitely be home on the 17th. No more hurdles. We will be done and can focus on our kids coming home. Hooray! As soon as we find out more we will post, but things are in a really good place.
