I was rereading my last entry and I mentioned I wanted to be a 100% sure. Although I wrote that recently, looking at it again makes me laugh. One can never be 100% sure that something will happen in this process.
We are on the very last step in getting them out of the country. We have encountered glitches with this step (WHAT!!!!!N I know it is surprising) that I do not have the energy to write about but this is what I know...I think. The director of our agency leaves for Africa on March 8th. Once there she can iron out the glitches and bring our kids home. I feel confident that they will return with her on March 17th. I think she feels that way as well and that is why she has made reserverations but it will be tense up until the moment they get on the plane.
Overall, things here are crazy. Kennedy is sick and that makes her really sassy and mean. She is a mean sick. Ben is still very two although his birthday is in a couple of weeks. I have been looking forward to three for a long time because many sympathetic moms of boys have told me it gets better when they are three. We are still waiting for that. Lori is going crazy with school and teaching. I have started a new job.
I have to go now. Ben is throwing a fit. Kennedy is pouting in her room. Lori, who is actually home because of an ice storm, is probably wishing she were at school. Bring on two more!
