as most of you know, the girls went to a taylor swift concert. lori took them shopping and they got new outfits. they were beyond excited. the concert came and they were in heaven. i mean, how great is 19 year old angst when your 8 and 9 years of age? during the concert she walked right by the girls. taylor literally had to extract kennedy off of her. gomah shook her hand and taylor swift gave her a bracelet.
the bracelet was gold, plastic beads on elastic. very valuable to a 8 year old girl. the girls have talked about their encounter none stop. each time it is recounted, their voices raise 22 octaves, they scream between each syllable, they talk over each other and they talk fast. the girls have been the center of all school and social settings. they have told their story endlessly and always with the same shrill voice and speed. the bracelet has been on the arm of every young girl we know. the wear and tear came at a price. the bracelet broke last night at a school picnic. the girls handled it well but to all those we promised pictures, i am sorry. the bracelet is gone. the memories live on.

Oh! I was so wanting to see that picture. Oh well, let's keep perspective the memories are far more important.
